Ok eski lol as you know i had bad wreck today, i can fix all the cosmetic damage but now im on to a motor problem im going to upload a video of what its doing maybe you can help me out some.

It really seems like when its meshed together with the transmission gear that it has a hard time turning it over.  So i pulled it and it now does this.

It Sounds Like At First That It Was A Bearing Going Bad In The Motor And Making It Hard To Turn Over.
Is The Motor Getting Hot At All?
My Second Question Is This Brushless?
- If So It May Be A Sensor Problem.
- If Sensorless It May Just Need Cleaning Or It Has Terminal Damage.
- If Brushed It Sounds Like "Brush Hop"
Do You Ever Clean Your Motor?
- You Should Clean It With Brake/Electrical Cleaner. Do Not Have Motor On But Turn It Over By Hand After Spray. If The Motor Had No Vents Then You Will Have To Take To Covers Off To Clean. The Motors May Look Like Their Sealed Tight, But Dirt Will Always Get In. My Sealed Motor Got So Packed With Dirt It Started To Feel A Little Crunchy To Turn Over. If You Have To Take The Motor Apart Make Sure To Check How Easy The Bearing Turn Over. They Should Feel Perfect! Any Little Bit Of Friction In The Motor Will Mess It Up.
Have You Reset The ESC?
Does It Come With A Programming Card For The ESC?

1 More Thing. I've Had A Bad Servo That Still Worked Like It Was New. But It Started Drawing To Much Power From The ESC And Was Making The Motor Skip. Try Running The Motor With The Servo Unplugged

1. Yes the motor does get hot

2. Yes it is a brushless motor

3. No i never really thought to clean the motor to be honest

4. Could you list an example of electrical/brake cleaner please?

5. No ive never reset the ESC, and it didnt come with an ESC program card. Ill look in the manual on how to reset it and give that a try if that doesnt work then ill disassemble the motor.

6. Ill unplug the servo and give that a shot as well.

Thanks again for the info

Ok so ive just ruled out that its not the servo causing the problem.

Unfortunately i do not have an hex driver that small to get into the motor so ill have to pick one up.

SO ill do that tomorrow and ill let you know, im sure that it is the bearing in the motor its almost like when its spinning so fast that it moves over ever so quickly and every few rotations it will hit the bearing really hard i guess..

Im just taking a shot in the dark here about that but thats just what im guessing, thats what it feels like to me at least.

Bearings Do Tend To Blow Up. In My Span Of Brushless I've Blown Up 3 Motor Bearings. I Wont Mention What Motor Because I'm Nice But I Blew 2 Of Their Motors Because Of A Bearing... Thanks Novak, Novak And Novak -_- LOL
