Another E revo problem
« on: March 05, 2011, 06:49:26 PM »
Ok this time i stripped the car of its electronics to clean it really good and after everything was put back together my motor wont turn over at all its just makes this beeping noise.

But when i take the motor out from the transmission it spins without any problem. Here is a video of the problem.

You mean the pinion thats attached to the motor shaft??  If so yeah thats one pretty tight... But i cant really see the pinion at all ill have to take something else off to actually see the pinion tough the transmission gear.. Let me take it apart again and ill look at it...

Ok i took everything apart again and everything turns fine manually but once i put the motor back on and mesh the motor pinion and the transmission gear back together it wont turn at all...
It just makes that beeping noise. BUT i gave it full throttle and it barely struggled to turn the wheel

I Also Noticed Its A "Sensorless" System, Sometimes They Get Stuck In A "Deadzone" If That Happens Hold Like 10% Trottle And Roll The Car Till The Motor Kicks In, Sometimes It Takes A Few Rotations, But I Don't Think That's Your Problem
