I'm NOT a fan of xheli, as many of you know, but I've been checking and tonight I see they finally got some stock back in on hbfpv2 parts. I grabbed a couple of main shafts, some bearings, push rods for my BCP, programming card for the fly ESC BR hooked me up with, and a couple other odds and ends. Let's see if they finally send me my pitch links and replacement tail boom that they've been backordered on me 3 months!? I'm only picking up a few things they cuz they are SO cheap on some things. Don't expect any service out of them if you order, but thought maybe someone else had too been waiting for them to get some stock in.
What I really need now are some carbon 3D tail blades that don't seem to be in stock anywhere to go with my 3D carbon fiber 325's for my BCP. I guess I can continue flying with the stock plastic even with carbon fiber main?

I don't always fly a good gyro, but when I do, I prefer Align...Stay inverted my friends...  eFlite MSR, HBFPv2, Align 250, HK450GT, EXI 450, EXI 500 |

Wow... I have been on that site a few times over the past few months and never seen them have spare parts for the fpv2. Christmas miracle come late???  |

Over the past couple of months I have checked with xheli a few times on my back order and the last word I got was that they were supposed to be getting a big shipment on Dec 17. Guess it took them that long to update their web site?!

Well, it's now Jan 6, 2010 and I finally received my back order from xheli from October 22! Now that's crappy service! I mean, I can understand stuff gets back ordered and what not, but honestly over two months?! It's not like they are some little mom and pop shop that doesn't move stuff through enough to keep stock on hand. Worst of all, when I ordered the stuff, it did not show on back order. I think since then they have changed their site to prevent you from ordering items out of stock, which they should if they are going to be 2+ months to fulfill orders like this.  |

Well they are out of many items again. Called and they expect a shipment in mid-april. A month and a half is way to long.

XHELI newsletter. They claim to be making changes to fix their out of stock issues. We'll see about that. Nevertheless, the new head and tail look promising, if the quality is good. I wish they get there act straight it's so annoying when they say they have something and you place an order then you get the email saying it's on backorder. I finally got my hbfpv2 frame that I ordered in January but I had to get on them when I found out they had them in stock because they forgot about filling all backorders for it and now they are out of stock again.  Now I just have to wait for them to get some other stuff in so I can order it before i break something else. |
