Hi-tec servo broken?????????

I have a hi-tec servo that i bought i tried it out and it worked for a while but now it will get stuck on the left side and it will twitch or lag to the right side and to fully get to the right side it takes like 30 seconds does anyone know whats wrong?

Might also help if you post what application you are using this Servo in, like a Heli, RC Car, Airplane or just hooking it up to nothing and it's doing that...
