wow i was going to buy one too.. but it sound like junk.. i think ill just get the outer control part...

No not junk, it may not magically make you and better pilot, but not junk. I switched my HB over after most of my severe crash practicing was over and I haven't broke anything else since with numerous minor bumps and bangs. If you're looking to make the HB fly much better the Xtreme upgrades are not the way to go, they're made well and look sweet though

Yeah, I think the outer control paddle is worth getting and maybe the swash plate(although I never broke one it looks cool). Leaving the rotor head and central hub plastic gives some flexibility in crashes and saves the heli from more severe damage. However, I think you need to put a stiffener on top of the central hub to reduce the flex. I have a CNC central hub from micro heli and it works great when it's attached right, but where it connects to the ball bearings on the rotor head there is no centering device like on the stock one. If you don't get it on perfectly straight you get a lot of head wobble. So what I did was modify it to accept the old central hub an in effect have been using the micro heli hub as a stiffener. In retrospect I would not buy the micro heli hub again, but instead get some aluminum from home depot and use my dremel  tool to fabricate a stiffener.

I agree! Forget the metal upgrades for the bee, stay with the plastic parts. In my experience, they cause more problems than they are worth. Use the money to save up for a 450!!!

Upgrades are always a matter of two things.
    Does it flies better
    Does it looks cool

I must agree: get the paddle outer frame, better blades. That's all you need to have fun. And if you put a bigger heat sink on the tail motor is will last a LOT longer.
