Got home from work a little after 5PM today and the weather could not have been more perfect for flying. Sunny, 61 degrees and a dead calm. Very nice for early March, allmost unbelievable.

Took my Sikorsky H-5, my Esmart and my Bell 47 out to my church where I have tons of room and had a blast.

First time I had the Sikorsky at the field and I was able to actually fly her. Sooooo much more fun to fly than when it was just a Belt CP. Way smoother and much more stable, and it just looks so cool in the air.

Had a ball with the E and the Bell as well.

My best day flying yet. I love this stuff.

Had the samething last weekend high 50's with very little wind.  So nice after all the 10 and 20 degree days the last couple of months.  Today would be a good day if it wasn't raining .  But tomorrow it's supposed to be great 68 degree's and calm.   Now that's what you call global warming.

Sorry to here about the snow.  With the crazy weather around here I wouldn't be surprised to see it snow again.  What I hate worse than snow is going to be all the rain and flooding over the next couple of months .  So I will probably be flying inside alot then when the rain stops it's going to be hotter than hell around here because of all the humidity.

You're on the other end of the state from me. I'm way east. About 4 or so hours from Winston Salem.

Went back  out to my church after work today. Just as nice a day as yesterday.  Flew the Sikorsky and the Bell.  Didn't have time to recharge the Esmart batterys last night so I didn't get to fly it. Gotta get more batterys and another charger.

Great flights and no crashes. What more could you ask for.

DD, If I did not work so much I could fly more! Put 1 battery through my 600 Sunday and 2 through my CopterX 500, weather was beautiful, and really enjoyed myself. No flying this weekend though! Overtime again!

Yeah, I know what you mean. This has been a very rough winter for a telephone man. We've been extremely busy this year, lots of overtime and working a lot of my normal days off. We've only gotten caught up these last couple of weeks. Glad for the break. BUT, thunderstorm season is just around the corner, and it will get very busy again.
