Sunday morning flight with the Bixler

Nothing fancy, just that the weather was simply awesome. I'm still getting my wings wet as it were and not straying too far out of my comfort zone (which is constricted to about a 5-acre air space). With my propensity for landing in trees, I'm afraid if I get too far out, I'll land in one that I can't safely - or legally - cut down.  :laugh25:

So there's a lot of climbing to gain altitude, then turning and gliding and so on. But in between, there are a few moments of great scenery.

Sweet video Randy, with the countryside as a backround. You're very lucky to live in the open country. Us city dwellers have to put up with way too much @#$% to fly when we want.

Wow, beautiful scenery Randy... Didn't realize just how flat it is up there compared to all the hills we have down here....

Yep, we very flat up here in the north.  I know for about 100 mi radius of my place, the elev does not varry more than 40-50'
