Anybody have a CNC machine and could make a prototype part for me?

I'm looking for someone who can make a part for me as I do not have the tools or know how to do this. I am willing to pay for your help.

Cobra, looks like a regular shaft with a turned down end. dont need a CNC just a lathe. Unless of course you want a hundred of these. Let me know what you want done.

Well the problem I have is that the stock shaft is hallow so you can't lathe it. You would need a full metal one and I don't have that and I don't know where to get one. All I need is one but I need the normal part of the shaft 4mm in diameter and 3mm at the small end.

I could do this for you, first off I need exact dimensions or send me the hollow shaft and I could get then from there. I can tell you one thing is that if your looking for it overnite i will not be able to help you. I will need some time to do this. First I have to check to see if I have any 4mm shafting, I have 5 & 3 but 4 might be an problem. If I don't, i'll have to order it, 3-4 days and it's a three foot minimum lenght from my supplier. Let me check on the material first then we could go from there.

That's fine I'm not looking to get it that quick so you can take your time. I've ordered a new shaft since my current one is bent and as soon as i get it i can send it to you.

How badly bent is your old one, if it's slightly bent, send me the bad one I could get the dimensions from there. This way you could fly on the new one. What kind of bird does this go into?

It goes into the Walkera CB180D and it's badly bent.

Cobra, so you'd prefer a solid shaft, which I could do for you, If you wan't it hollow, then my suggestion would be to buy the stock ones, trying to gun drill it would not be worth your while. PM when you get the shaft, in the mean time, I will dig into getting you material costs. How's that.

Yea the CB180 shaft is 4mm in diameter and the Ufly is 3mm in diameter so I need the shaft to be that same as the CB but just the part that goes into the rotor head needs to be the same size as the normal Ufly shaft.
