What happens if you are not at you door when the postman comes to drop off your package. Do you have to go down to the post office and pick it up yourself?

yep, the mailman leaves a little note saying you have a package at the post office.

Yep, just got back from the post office.

    Package from Hobby City contents:
    6 each - Turnigy 3s 2200mah 30c packs
    1 each - Turnigy 6s 2650mah 30c pack

Ordered on 1/14 and got to Oklahoma yesterday!!!

I receive most packages from Hong Kong in 16 days after shipment. The longest delay was 1.5 month

I have found this a great store to buy from and what I like is if they are out of the part you just get them
to send you an email when the part is back in stock. ( new stock alert )

Is anyone else caught up the current HobbyKing mayhem? I ordered my 450GT kit on 6th March and my order is still processing 12 days later. Everything was healthily in stock and everything shows "reserved" on my account, but still no luck. Can't get through to anyone via any method. Emailed 4 days ago and nothing.

Wayne ordered his heli the day after me and got it Tuesday. Mine still isn't even in a box yet!

Just wondering if anyone else has been stuck so I know what I might be facing...

Try the online chat or toll free phone.
I used the chat, it takes some time but then you get helped!
Best is to open the chat when they open, short cue line

On HK site there is a clock running of HK time.

    Thanks NL.

Chat opens at 1am local time for me so it hasn't been the favoured option!! I have a tried it a few times. Started at number 63 and was at 57 an hour or so later so gave up on that. It seems they actually have not been manning online chat at all recently, so you move up the queue when someone else gives up and logs off. Forum shows people who were number 1 for hours only to be kicked off at close of business.

    Have you used it recently?

2 Days ago without much problems.
Started around there opening and came as #32 on the list.
Took some time untill I was #18 and within a minute the chat came alive.

Ricky helped me out great and my wrong orders (was a little buzzed when I ordered) were deleted.
Could choose from complete refund or store bonus points.
24 hrs later it was all set and done and I made my new order.

Last weekend they had a new server installed as they had troubles with the old one.
